Amanda Balionis

Alexandra Leigh LaForce was born in December 1988. The actress is an American beauty pageant judge and journalist. She currently works as an Turner Sports reporter and reports on the NBA for TNT. Her previous roles included being the primary reporter for SEC games and courtside coverage for college basketball. She hosts We Need to Talk for CBS Sports Network. LaForce worked as a sports reporter for WJW in Cleveland, Ohio, an FOX affiliate. In 2011, she won an Emmy for her anchoring of the FOX8's Friday Night Touchdown football high-school program. The show was named Miss Teen USA in 2005. She played basketball for Ohio University. LaForce started her career in the world of pageantry when she was awarded her the Miss Ohio Teen USA title in 2005. This was her first attempt at this title. She had been awarded in September of 2004 the first time she had tried. LaForce, representing Ohio took part in The Miss Teen USA pageant 2005 was held on Baton Rouge on August 8 the 8th of August, 2005. LaForce took home her Miss Teen USA 2005 title after competing in three competitions including evening wear, swimsuit as well as a final interview. Her successor was Shelley Hennig from Louisiana. Her mother LaForce, born Lesa LaForce (nee Rummell), was Miss Ohio USA 1977. The School for Film and Television of New York City awarded her the scholarship and contract for modeling for a year. She was also invited to join the soap opera on NBC Passions. LaForce toured her way across the United States, promoting awareness on drug and liquor abuse.
